Absolutely. We do specialize in high-velocity gas combustion services, but we offer many other types of heat treatment and are highly skilled in all areas. Please click here to see all of our services offered.

Can GCC write a procedure for Post Weld Heat Treatments and Refractory Dry-outs?

Definitely! GCC will customize a specific heat treatment procedure (execution plan) for all clients who request one.

I need a quote by the end of the day. Is that possible?

Definitely. In order to speed the process along, please send all available drawings so we can see the project’s detail. Larger jobs may need slightly more time to accurately predict pricing, but we can usually give a verbal estimate the same day.

I need heat treatment tomorrow morning. Can you be out here on short notice?

A.

Yes. Typically, GCC requests a 48-hour notice to schedule labor, equipment and materials, but we understand that is not always possible and we will do our best to quickly accommodate your schedule.

I have a project that needs heat treatment and I’m not sure what the best solution is. Can GCC help come up with a custom solution?

A.

Absolutely. We will work to help provide you with the most cost-effective and time saving solutions we have available. Some jobs require thinking outside the box to find the perfect solution. Send us your project information and let us do the thinking for you.

Is there anything that my company can provide to help get better pricing on your services?

A.

There are multiple ways to save money. Clients who have at least 480V power source available can save the cost of using a generator onsite. For jobs that require the use of natural gas/propane, clients who have a natural gas line (or propane tank onsite) can save significantly by using their own gas. Depending on the type of heat treatment needed, GCC will always help offer other solutions to keep your costs within budget.

We would prefer you come out to our shop and do a job walk to get a better understanding of what is needed. Can you do that?

A.

We would be happy to! This is actually our preferred method to quote a job for our clients. Not only can we see the work piece up close, but we will have a better sense of the work space around us and will be able to plan accordingly. We also appreciate the chance to meet our clients personally before starting any work.

Does GCC have equipment available for rental or purchase?

A.

Yes, we can rent or sell equipment to clients. Please contact us for rates and available heat treating equipment.
